Thyroid hormone

*Thyroid hormone also called (metabolic hormone – calorigenic hormone ) ​.

#Thyroid gland and hormone are important gland and hormone in our body .​

*Thyroid gland have role of regulate calcium and phosphate, and thyroid hormone is general hormone means have receptors in everywhere.

*Thyroid gland produces 3 hormones (T3_T4_calcitonin) which T4,T3 consist of amino acid , amino acid by itself is water soluble but T4,T3 modified and became lipid soluble.

*In follicle add tyrosine and iod when 3 iod bind to tyrosine T3 is produce if 4 iod bind to tyrosine T4 is produce .

*T3 have receptors in (Anterior pituitary-hypothalamus ) which perform of stop production and release of TSH&TRH ​then cause to produce negative feedback.

*If don’t have iod in follicle there will be too much tyrosine then occur osmosis ​osmotic pressure will be high and attract a lot of water in result cause to  this follicle swelling and became hyperthyroidism.

*T4 more in number but T3 is actived form .​

*T3 have receptor on nuclease that role  in (gene expression) that protein which produced metabolic enzymes role in hemolysis-etc… , in result cause to produce of calorie and energy is increase.
